Artifact 1:

This group research project showed how important it is to stay on top of current literature and research, and how important it is to dive into the research of interest and/or practice in order to:

- identify care gaps

- identify new areas for emerging practice opportunities

- identify need for further research

- apply evidence-based practice procedures and protocols.

Artifact 2:

​

This project allowed me to be creative and be completely client-centered through the development of this specific assistive device. This assistive device was tailored to a patient specific case scenario and focused on an area of leisure that this individual had a difficult time participating in post-incident. The development of devices such as this can allow for individuals to participate in their desired occupations and give them a sense of independence.​
